Appointment Policy

A non-refundable transferable deposit of 50% of service will be required to book selected services.

• Please arrive about 5 minutes before your appointment and make sure to have consult forms if required filled out prior.

• If you're running late, we'll do our best to accommodate you, however your treatment may need to be shortened or rescheduled.

• New IPL clients require a consultation and complimentary test patch before treatment.

• Please advise us of any allergies, medications, pregnancy or medical conditions that may affect any of your treatments.

*Please note Haus of Mar studio is located inside Shar by Tiffany hair salon, please be respectful of others in the salon space— Please let the hair salon team know you have an appointment with Haus of Mar & they will be happy to assist you.

Cancellation Policy

Please take a moment to read our cancellation policy before booking. By booking an appointment, you agree to our cancellation policy. As a small business, appointment times are reserved especially for you, and we truly appreciate your understanding and support.

*Exceptional Circumstances - We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise. In such cases, please communicate with us directly, and we will assess each situation on a case-by-case basis.

Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice may incur a cancellation fee of 50% of appointment value.

No-shows will be charged 100% of the appointment value.
